  • Place 'For Sale' sign on property.

  • Schedule property for the Multiple Listing Service tour.

  • Place ads in local paper and real estate magazines.

  • Phone all potential buyers with details of listing.

  • Hold open houses.

  • Arrange showings for agents of all agencies in a manner convenient to you.

  • Contact you regularly with verbal and written progress reports.

  • Notify you of changes in the real estate market.

  • Review marketing activities with you.

  • Pre-qualify potential buyers

  • Present and discuss with you all offers on property.

  • Negotiate the transaction with other agent.

  • Confirm that all contingencies on sales contract are completed.

  • Finalize the closing.
