relationship with Yahoo! and other websites deliver a better way
to help sellers gain meaningful Internet exposure - and connect
with bona fide buyers.
With Yahoo!, as just one example, we will display
a Yahoo! sign rider with your exclusive Yahoo! Web ID number on
your Prudential Real Estate yard sign. When buyers enter that number
in Yahoo! search, the Web ID sends those prospective buyers the
property details for your listings on line. The buyer accesses the
information about your house directly without having to make any
telephone calls.
You will receive email alerts everyday until the property
sells. The area real estate information alerts will tell you the
number of buyers who searched for homes in your neighborhood, the
price changes on properties in your area and the new competing listings.
These alerts will also tell you the number of times your property
returned in search results, the number of times your property
details were viewed and the number of times your property
